Our ongoing causes focus on reducing breast and cervical cancer–related deaths through continuous education, early detection, community outreach, free screening, survivor support, and partnerships. These initiatives ensure women and adolescent girls—especially in underserved communities—have access to lifesaving information, screening, and care.

Breast & Cervical Cancer Awareness Program

Education sessions on:

  • Self-breast examination

  • Warning signs & symptoms

  • Risk factors & prevention

  • HPV vaccination awareness

Screening & Early Detection Initiative

  • Free and subsidized breast and cervical cancer screening

  • Referral and follow-up support

  • Outreach across 7 LGAs in Kano State

Empowerment Programs for Cancer Survivors

  • Free vocational trainings

  • Free Financial Literacy programs

  • Entrepreneurship support for survivors

Adolescent Girls Health Education

School-based education empowering girls with knowledge on:

  • Breast health

  • Cervical cancer prevention

  • Body awareness and confidence

Survivor & Patient Support Program

  • Provision of psychological and emotional support for newly diagnosed women

  • Survivor peer networks

  • Linkages to affordable treatment and care services

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Partnerships with health institutions

  • Collaboration with government agencies to support cancer control policies and programs.

  • Engagement with private sector organizations for funding, sponsorship, and in-kind support
